Project management services to our client during implementation stage, which involves control, monitoring & evaluation of quality of works, program of works, works methodologies, health & safety issues and compliance with standards and statutory requirements.
HISTORY
Zambezi construction Company was incorporated on 16th Dec 2012 following a successful application. However, following changes in legislation mid-2012, there was established a new corporate body to register contractors, that is National Construction Authority, whom we are registered with.
PRESENT
Zambezi Construction Company is served full time by its two principle directors and a site agent. However, the company has established working relationship with a number of professional consultants, who are engaged on contract as need arise. These include; Architects, Quantity surveyors, and civil and structural engineers. This has allowed the firm to undertake Turnkey projects.

SAFETY POLICY
Zambezi is committed in observing statutory regulation relating to safety of its staff, the public and property in execution of its mandate.
We will endure to:
Provide and equip the staff with requisite personal protective equipment.
Induct staff on safety precautions and obligation
Engage skilled personnel with requisite qualification and know how to execute respective works
Continually train staff on safety maters and new technics to execute works
Monitor, audit and review safety measures and procedure continually
Record and document all safety incidences
Managing director will be mandated to over see day to day management of company projects, focusing on delivering quality work at least cost and within time.
With over fifteen years experience in building and civil Engineering construction with major contractors in this country, Martin understands best practices and the importance of quality and time in construction project management. He is competent and committed civil engineer professional and a competent project manager.
Administrative director is a key person in the company whose key responsibility includes formulating strategic business approach and liaising with targeted and existing client for purposes of meeting and exceeding their expectations. She will monitor and implement company systems and procedures to resonate with the expectation of our clients.
A specialist on marketing and research, Ruth provides the company with a wealth of experience having been involved in such activities as mobilization of funds, formulation and management of strategic plans, system design and development.
Over the last fifteen years, he has managed many development projects, both for private and public institutional and individual clients. He understands the market trends and the latest available construction material in the market. Site agent will be coordinating construction operations in all sites, managing all technicians and trade men. He will be on full time engagement on project sites.
